Rainbow Centre is looking for an Admin Executive to join our Administrative team in our Out of School Hours (OOSH) Student Care Centre, in Margaret Drive and Yishun Park Campus. The Administrative team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the school and assists the school leaders in matters pertaining to financial, personnel and general administration of the school.

As a reliable support to the centre’s administrative team, you will be providing efficient and effective office and service administration in the following areas:

  • Assist in coordination with admission/admin team for new student applications and provide administrative support for centre-based assessment, parents interview, enrolment documentations, students observation sessions etc.
  • Ensure proper recording and filling of student information such as attendance and personal information
  • Provide administrative support for statistics/report submissions, application and disbursement of subsidies/grants to relevant external agencies and ministry
  • Secretarial duties for programme meetings, including taking notes and minute of meetings
  • Maintain programme calendar of events, procure materials and resources for programme activities, as well as stock taking and inventory management
  • Liaison with the finance department on programme payment collection, recordings and invoicing

You shall also provide client-centric service to our stakeholders through:

  • Prompt service on counter duties with good service attitude
  • Assisting campus leaders in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders such as students, parents, teachers, vendors and the broader community

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum ‘A’ level
  • Experience in administrative and customer facing works are preferred
  • Good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
  • Desire to thrive in a collaborative environment where team-work is the key to success
  • Ability to keep cool, collected and professional at all times, as the postholder will be assisting stakeholders that may present with difficult situations or be difficult to work with
  • Attentive to details and able to manage concurrent tasks and multiple deadlines
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
